The red Jeep Compass 2014 is one of the most affordable cars we rent, a first-generation Compass for travellers who want a higher seat without paying for a newer model. The beige interior feels light and airy on a sunny day in Kakheti.
Five seats, five doors and two large bags. The 2.4 litre petrol engine with an automatic gearbox uses around 9 litres per 100 km. It is front-wheel drive, so stick to paved roads: Tbilisi, Telavi, Borjomi, Kutaisi, the coast and Kazbegi in summer; leave the gravel to Juta for an all-wheel-drive car.
