About this car
Of all our Renegades, the dark grey 2016 Sport is the one to take if the plan leaves the main road. It wears the 4x4 badge and black wheels, keeps the small boxy Jeep shape that is easy to place in narrow streets, and gets you all-wheel drive without stepping up to a bigger, thirstier car.
Five seats, five doors and two large bags, so it suits two or three people best. The 2.4 litre petrol engine with an automatic gearbox uses around 9 litres per 100 km. All-wheel drive handles the gravel to Juta, the side valleys around Kazbegi and snowy streets in Gudauri; there is no low range, so the tracks into Tusheti are not for it.
No deposit, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. For winter trips over the pass we can add snow chains to the booking.

- Standard insurance included: 90% of body damage, tyres and windscreen excluded. Full cover with zero excess is an extra.
- Deposit
- No deposit. Nothing is blocked on your card at pickup.
- Mileage
- Unlimited mileage inside Georgia.
- Fuel
- Same to same: return with the fuel level you picked up. Petrol cars take 95 octane or higher; check the pump before refuelling.
- Driver
- 22+ years old, 2+ years of driving. Any licence in Latin script.
- Second driver
- Free. Same age and licence requirements, listed in the agreement.

- 1 hour free. 1–3 hours charged by the hour, over 3 hours a full extra day.
