The Subaru Forester Wilderness 2022 is the crossover we give people who want to go further than a crossover usually should. With 235 mm of ground clearance, all-terrain tyres and copper-coloured accents, it is a Forester set up for gravel, and the water-repellent upholstery does not mind wet boots after a hike at Juta.
Five seats, five doors and three large bags. The 2.5 litre boxer engine and CVT automatic use around 8.5 litres per 100 km. All-wheel drive plus the extra clearance make the Truso valley, the gravel to Juta and the rough village roads of Racha easy work. It has no low range, so the Abano Pass into Tusheti is still a job for the 4Runner or the Wrangler.
Basic insurance is included, and for a week on gravel full cover with zero excess is worth adding. No deposit is held on your card, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.

- Free. Same age and licence requirements, listed in the agreement.
